| Sports Registration Information 2012-2013 | | | |  | | |
Registration for the Fall of 2012 will open on Monday, May 7 and close on Friday, June 29. All registrations must be received by June 29 or you will run the risk of not being able to participate in a Fall Sport. Late signups may be accepted with special approval from the Athletic Director. In addition, the Gesu Athletic Program Code of Conduct must be signed by each athlete and his/her parents and returned to the Athletic Director, before your son/daughter may participate in practice. The Code of Conduct will be sent home with your children through the school. It can also be found on the Gesu Athletic Website under the Gesu Sports Information Handbook Tab.
Go to the "Register Online" tab on the left taskbar and click on this. You will need to scroll down on the registration page thereafter to the selection box. If you or your family do not have a password you will as a first time user need to create one.
If you need to update your profile, click on the "Registration" tab on the left on the home page. If your child participated in a Fall, Winter and/or Spring sport in 2009-2011, your family information is maintained on the system and you will not be required to input duplicate information. Please use your existing password to begin registration for the fall. Please do not go through the entire registration process a second time. This creates a duplicate profile within the system. Also, for registration prior to July 1, please take careful note in the instructions as to what grade you identify your child as a member of.

For participation in CYO sports during the 2012 – 2013 Fall, Winter or Spring season, submission of the physical form, Medical Authorization Form and Code of Conduct is mandatory. Please print the applicable form which is available on this site for completion by you and your medical provider. This is due before any participation including practice for the safety of your child. The forms can be dropped off in person to Brian at his office in the Family Center or speak directly with him for other options. For the Fall 2012 CYO season, medical forms are due by Monday, July 23, 2012.
Remember, the physical form is valid for 13 months from the date of examination. For participation in Gesu Intramural programs, the physical form is not required.

posted 05/14/2012 Reminder that Fall Registration is now open and will close on Friday, June 29. Please be sure to register before the deadline. A complete list of what is offered is on the main page of the Gesu Athletic Website.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO TURN IN UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT FROM ALL SEASONS TO THE ATHLETIC DIRECTORS OFFICE BEFORE THE END OF SCHOOL.
A list of various summer camps can be found on the left side of the main page under the tab 2012 Camps. There are some very good camps listed in this section including volleyball, football and all sports camps.
The 8th Grade Boys Intermediate Baseball team has secured the East #1 seed and has reached the CYO Final Four. They play on Saturday, May 19 at 11am at St. Monica. See link below for the full bracket as this is subject to change.
