Please note that WInter CYO Registration (Grades 4-8) will close on October 19, 2011.
Go to the "Register Online" tab on the left taskbar and click on this. You will need to scroll down on the registration page thereafter to the selection box. If you or your family do not have a password you will as a first time user need to create one.
If you need to update your profile, click on the "Registration" tab on the left on the home page. If your child participated in a Fall, Winter and/or Spring sport in 2009-2011, your family information is maintained on the system and you will not be required to input duplicate information. Please use your existing password to begin registration for the fall. Please do not go through the entire registration process a second time. This creates a duplicate profile within the system. Also, for registration prior to July 1, please take careful note in the instructions as to what grade you identify your child as a member of.

For participation in CYO sports during the 2011 – 2012 Fall, Winter or Spring season, submission of the physical form and release is mandatory. Please print the applicable form which is available on this site for completion by you and your medical provider. This is due before any participation including practice for the safety of your child. The forms can be dropped off in person to Brian at his office in the Family Center or speak directly with him for other options. For the Fall 2011 CYO season, medical forms are due Friday July 15, 2011.
Remember, the physical form is valid for 13 months from the date of examination. For participation in Gesu Intramural programs, the physical form is not required.
